How a programme runs
- Brief and specification — dimensions, material laminate, closure, branding method, compliance market.
- Sampling — prototype in 6–10 working days, or 12–15 working days where moulding, multi-panel lamination or custom hardware is involved.
- Approval — reference sample signed off with Pantone reference, stitch density and shade tolerance recorded.
- Bulk production — 35–50 days from approved sample to packed goods.
- Inspection — final random inspection at AQL 2.5 under ISO 2859-1, with the report issued before loading.
- Shipment — FOB Xiamen, T/T 30 deposit and 70 against bill of lading, consolidation available for mixed ranges.
